Kicker ZX750.1 @1ohm?

Will the ZX750.1 run ok at 1ohm as long as I'm easy on the gain? My RE SE 15 came today. Was expecting D4 coils and they measure at D2 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

for daily i would not recommend it. series the coils & make the sub 4 ohms. the amp will still do 550 to 600 watts rms.

that is BS because you needed D4 and now might risk your amp or run it at 4 ohms??

call them asap and explain that it does not work with your amp.

or run it at 4 ohms

I ran it at 1 ohm today for about 45 mins with the gain set pretty conservative. Gets plenty loud for me and amp stayed cool. Can't send it back, it was bought from a forum member.

and he didnt know that it was a D2 bullshit. how in the hell he have it hooked up.

as for the zx amp ive hurd u can and u cant run them at 1 ohm but if u run it 1 ohm u need to have the voltage or risk burning sumthing up later. tommyk90 would be a great person to PM this question to.

Lowest drop I had today was 13.9v. That's the only amp I'm running atm though. Have the big 3 done in 1/0, a brand new battery up front, and 1/0 to the amp in the back. Gains are set very consevatively though.

i still dont really know what the answer still can be..if ur running it and it is working then i guess go 4 it u think it can take it
