Kicker ZX350.2 or Sundown SAX-125.2

I'm planning on getting the Alpine SPX-17REF. And I was wondering, what amp would be a nice match for these speakers. The Kicker ZX350.2 or Sundown SAX-125.2.

both will do fine,

but u need to tune down ur amp, get a DMM.

The 125.2 is going to be substantially more powerful on a real reactive load.

If price is an option I'm sure the Kicker is cheaper, though!
