Kicker ZX1000.1?

I was wondering if anyone had one of these and if they ever ran it at 1ohm. There only rated stable at 1ohm but so is the 2500 and people have run that at 1ohm before. I would guess it would be fine for my upgraded electrical but I was thinking about throwing it in my Bro's camry on stock electrical, maybe an extra batt in the back. i have a 1500.1 and i love it but i couldnt tell wou about 1 ohm cuz mines at 2

most the sub setups I got laying around here wire to 1ohm so I was hoping I wouldnt have to go out and get something else.

only some of the bigger kx and sx series of kicker amps were stable down to 1 ohm, all of the zx series arn't stable below 2ohm. say's so in the manuels

lol yeah i know that

... but that doesnt mean they cant run at 1ohm cause a manual says so. The manual also says they put out 1000watts at 2ohm but then on the birthsheet next to it, they say like 1400

well the kx1200s do .25 on burps, so even though your being sarcastic it is a possibility it will run at .25 on my good electrical for a burp

From experience with a zx1500, those amps will run at 1 ohm daily. It is a must to have a strong electrical. I've seen it where my buddies system would go into protection if his voltage dropped too low so keep that in mind. I'm sure the 1000's are the same way.

the zx1500.1 in my car was ran at 1 ohm for months on two extra batteries and a stock 80 amp alt, my friend now is running a zx1500.1 at 1 ohm with a stock battery and a 140 amp stock alt with zero problems. i haven't heard too many guys running the zx1000.1 at 1 ohm though. As far as i know the zx1500.1 and zx2500.1 can run at 1 ohm
