Kicker ZX or keep the 20.1?

so i am thinking of getting rid of my 20.1 for a kicker ZX2500.1 or 1500.1. anyone know how this will do with a 12w7? it's a 3 ohm sub, and the 1500.1 is rated 1500.1@2 ohms. i was hoping to put 1000ish watts on the sub. i feel like running the 20.1 at 3 ohms just isn't using it to it's potential. what would you do?

Never know when youll need the extra power.

at 3ohm.... i would definitley dump the 20.1 for a ZX.

you will def not be using the 20.1 to its full potential..
