Kicker + Valor = same build house?

I was just screwing around surfing newegg and came across this sub.

Im trying to find some subs to put in these sealed sub boxes i scored off amazon for $13 to turn around and resell them, to hopefully make a bit of a profit.

anyways, i came across these Valor subs on newegg for $25 shipped, but they look strikingly similar to kicker comp drivers:

What do you guys think? I kind of want to pick up 4 of em for $100 and filling these sealed boxes with em

there is a performance technique sub i think is the name that is the same as well.

it also has same softparts too, just different logo on front.

the chinks probably just sold them the parts. doubt theyll have the same quality.

Valor is actually pretty decent stuff. well their DVD indashes are anyway.

I have a Valor ITS-702 for the money its great. 7" screen and a pretty **** nice picture too.

Buy them and try them out and let us know!

I wont be trying them out, just buying to slap in a box for resale so i can get rid of these sealed boxes. I guess i could throw it in a buddies ride to test it out though.

I would almost bet that they are from the same place.A little off topic,but I know that in tools.Mac,BlackHawk,Proto,and Stanley are all made by the same company.It is Danaher Mfg.So I would guess those are probably made in the same place too.It is all about profit margins.

you would be suprised at who makes what sometimes. not many actual speaker manufacturers out there. iirc eminence makes them for many companies.

i think baskets stayed the same and motor change a tiny bit, dont know but for 25$ why not?
