Sold Kicker sx1250.1

Turns on and lights up "Low Voltage" Worked for about a month or 2. Took it out and sold it to a friend, Put it in his car and it said "Service" "Low Voltage" So I dont know if it was because of the 4 gauge cheap wire. Or it needs to be fixed. So I am selling it as blown.

Dont know what to ask, I think it should still be warrantied through Kicker? It was a refurb, and I have only had it 2 months, will give Ebay name from when I bought it.
