kicker S10L7 quesiton

sup guys, i'm new here... im looking to get a single 10" sub for my car. i'm looking to get a kicker L7 10" sub. it's the 2003 model i believe. (silver face)

1. i plan on running a kicker 600.1 amp to it, and i'm wondering if it would even be worth it to put it in a sealed box. i'm looking at a box with the dimensions" 12x12x12, and .72^3. how do you think this sub will perform in this box?

any other advice or suggestions is apprieciated, im new to the audio scene.

don't seal them please. silver silver?? silver snowflake silver? that would be 2004. 2003 was kinda greyish.

i'd suggest similar specs for yours (1.75@34ish).
