I have the 07Solox12 with dual 2 ohm voice coils. Can I replace the SPAIR with the 08 SPAIR? And Can I change to dual 4 ohm voice coils?

Yes, new spairs will work with old solo x's.

iirc their is only an 03-04 cone and the new 07 cone. the black one is the new one, but yes you can change to a dual 4
