Kicker or Hifonics

Hifonics are more bang for your buck, but Kickers have a better reputation are probably of better quality. But it's all about personal preference.

i would prefer kicker, but i ran across a good deal on the hifonics, and im going to be running a 2005 15" L5 dual 2ohm sealed on a hifonics brutus 1205d amp @ 1ohm. Specs are: "RMS Power (1 ohm): 1200 watts x 1 chan." and some guy sais they are under rated, so if it will push atleast 1000wrms, i am going to buy it, whats your opinion?

That kicker 600.1 isnt 1 ohm stable, so there really shouldnt be an issue between which amp to use.

its a kicker kx1200.1 oh and the 399 is for a refurb
