kicker L7 vs Polk DB212-2

kicker L7 12" (+enclosure) vs Polk DB212-2 both are 750W RMS

powered with an alpine AMP PDX1.600 or a PDX1.1000

wich one is better?

i have a Honda Accord, and all muy speakers are polk so i like polk a lot, but today a friend told me that the kicker L7 is better

what do you guys think?

Thats a no brainer cuz. You know the L7 will blow them polks away. Polk don't make any sub that comes close to the L7. It's in a whole other league. I have owned the polk DB subs and momo subs. They have good sound quality and thats about it. The momo's get pretty loud. But nothing like kickers. If you want SQ go with the polks. If you want SPL go with the kickers.

i want SQ, so i think the DB will be the option as you say.

its 720 W RMS

an Alpine PDX 1.600 should be enough?

i have 4 polk speakers with an Alpine PDX4.100 inside

Polks get stomped by kicker huh......what about the Polk SR's my friend. Try those bad boys on for size once. Bad mother****ing subs with a ton of Sq to boot.

Polk Audio DB212-2 (enclosure) or just 1 Polk audio SR?
