Kicker L7 cutting out at higher volumes?

you say you ran 0 ga power, what size ground?...and where is it grounded?, how good? Have you checked across every single connection from the battery post, the inline fuse holder near the battery to the amp with a dmm to identify any loose connections? What is the resting voltage of your battery? Is it an old battery?

it could possibly be a deck issue as well, but i would go ^^^ that way first.
