Kicker L5 vs. Alpine Type-R

I just recently ordered two Comp VR's from CarDomain but sent them back because Crutchfield is now selling the L5's for buy one get one free + free shipping. However I noticed that Type-R's get a lot of recognition around here. I'm looking for mainly spl and I'll probably be going with a 1^ft. sealed box, at least temporarily. So which would be best. And also how would the Pioneer TS-W3002SPL's fair against these two?

in 1^3 feet, type r...the l5's will get loud but they need more space i think...i would take the type r's anyway....

the pioneer W3002SPL is also a very good subwoofer....

The L7's will hands down be your best choice for SPL. Also, I would take the JBL over the Soundstream amp.

depending on power, output will be very good with L5's over L7's, L7's just handle more power...

as far as the r's go, if your looking for spl, you should port them. 1 cu ft sealed is not where they shine.

you should consider a ported enclosure for any subwoofer you decide to go with if your truly looking for spl.
