kicker L5 making whistle like sound

just as the subject says, one of my L5's are making a whistle like sound when the volume is at 22. only one of them does this. can someone tell me whats wrong?

take the sub out and examine ever part of it to look for damage....check your box also.

the box is a custom box. ill see if i can get pictures of it

if your box is ported then make sure any edge on the inside (i.e. the end of the port) is rounded off and not square. That is sometimes known to have a whistle effect
