Kicker KX1200.1 or Hifonics 2000watt Brutus?

Which amp is better, the Kicker kx1200.1 or the Hifonics 2000watt Brutus? I'm putting them on three old school 15" JL w6's. let me know. thanks.

I would take a Kicker over an entry level HiFonics. The entry level HiFonics have been getting a bad rep lately and the Kicker amps have a great reputation as far as I am aware.

the kx1200.1 is a solid amp i would run that over a brutus anyday. also what is the model number of this 2000 watt butus?

The Brutus will produce more power at a slightly higher THD...but nothing too noticeable unless you try and push it too far.

the kicker is a nicer amp. the hifonics bxi2006 will put out more power. prob. somewhere around 1800.
