Alright, thanks a lot for the help and quick responses. Just one more question, haha. would it be worth it to sell/trade the eq for a pair of 6.5 comps and get a EQ later, or just hold on to it?

I would have trialed/error with a 15 band first.

But I think his issue is not knowing how to hook it up, not how to operate the EQ. I am sure that will generate countless threads.

I have a 7 band right now. I picked it up because the guy cut me a deal when I grabed an amp from him..... I already know how to use test tones, etc to set it. Again, thanks for he replies.
