kicker dvc sub wiring to a 2 channel amp help!!!!

bridged its at 400rms at 4ohms. if i do it bridged id have to wire in series giving 8ohms to the amp so therefore ill only be getting half of power when bridged //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

 
thanks for responding tho, i still want to know if i can wire the sub to a 2 channel amp but using only 1 of the channels... is it safe?

 
Wrong section brutha. But yes, you can wire the sub @ 2 ohm to one channel. Depending on what amp it is you might even be able to run it at 2 ohm bridged though I doubt it...

Is this a blue or blue/white wire from the Kenwood? The ACC wire is red and although that should turn on the amp, it is not the prefered wiring...

low level when using RCAs so that knob should be pushed out. The crossover turn it all the way right and use the one on the head unit and set it...
