Im planning on buying the Kicker Comp VR 12'S DVC. What box should i use (im going for more of the SPL side) and how many Cubic feet per sub? Im matching it with my Legacy LA790 1000x2 amp. Also, are these subs good for some bone rattling thump?i havent heard them thump before. Im just buying them because the watt ratings are to my likes.

12'' comp vr are good .--use a sealed box with 1.25 cu ft per sub

or

a ported box 2.0 cu ft plus port-- per sub

log on to kicker web site for box building spec

if you plan on building your own sub box

the legacy 1000.2 not so good check out these

crossfire 1000d,directed 1100d,( better built amps)
