havent recieved the amp.... purchased on 12-16, said he shipped on 12-19. kept in touch for a while. this is what i get on the usps site.

Ron, i spoke with the local postmaster and he seemed concerned by the information he was able to look at, he opened an insurance claim. there are 2 scenario's here

1. within 10 days if the package is not located, an insurance claim will be paid to me which i will promptly refund to you.

2. the package gets located and delivered as planned and the insurance claim is cancelled.

i am on the road travelling this week for work, (CES show in Vegas) so i will be limited with web access to when i am back at the hotel, hopefully this will all be resolves in the next few days i will keep you posted.

and since this time i have sent a message and have yet to get a reply and has been online after i sent it.

here is my last message to him.

(hear anything from the post office yet. now when i click the check shipping link it has no info for shipment. if you could just refund me the money that would be much appreciated. since you said you had insurance you will get that money anyways. no way im getting the amp here. its been almost a month.

now keep in mind that its about a 7 hr drive away. i figure i had no choice but to file a dispute. im leaving it as a dispute for a bit to hope it gets resolved soon before i escelate it to a claim.

so carlos if you see this please refund me asap. i really wanted the amp but no way im getting it. you should have the insurance money by now and would appreciate it if i could get my money back.

yea it sucks. thanks. was really hoping to get the amp but its not coming here. i have waited patiently for about a month now. maybe it did get lost or what ever but the usps site doesnt even show that they ever recieved it. so i give the benefit of the doubt to the guy and just hope he gives me refund.
