WTF OMG GTFO NOOOOOO!!!!! "insert internet company name here" is the best and so much better than them, Kicker/RF/JL/etc is overpriced garbage and i read on here they sound like crap and the only people who get them are noobs, i run "insert internet company name here" and i have the loudest system in my town and its only 1 12" and a box I built cause thats what CA.com said do, i went to my local shop and i showed them up, they didnt know what hit them...Im going to youtube to comment my system is better than everyone elses

^^^because every "Internet brand" is better than everything else. You GTFO. I'm not saying they're bad, but Internet brands have a huge boner and a lot of people choose to ride it. You're saying your sub is better because you bought it online. That's awesome reasoning. Most of the quality comes from install, application, and proper, clean power.

ive had my share with kicker. had many grte products from them. ran CVR 12's. CVR 18, 15" l5's, 15" L7's Zx 460,Kx 2500.1 oh yea ran some comps too. ive had my share with kicker and think im pretty much done with them. maybe i will give the l5's or l7 10's and 12's a go one day but doubt it. however Im in love wwith the new Solo X series. just cant spend that type of money when i can get Dc lvl 5s or some shit like that

install has alot to do with a score. but goos electrical helps more than anything. kicker amps that run 1ohm are current *****s

The biggest problem with kicker is the people that install them. They are so widely known that just about anyone that gets into car audio has them at some point. They don’t know shit about installs and do a shitty job and blame the equipment. Friends here it and form an opinion based on that install. and the circle goes on and on

I have an entire kicker install. Everything but the head unit. I have had 100's of people demo my truck and one things for sure. no one has ever said it sounded like shit. it is very loud and clean sounding. Are they the best? Heck no. Can I get better for the same money? Yep, sure can. Can anyone get in my truck and tell me it sounds like shit in a tin can. Absolutely NOT!

Take a good installer and he can take a **** radio shack sub and make it sound great. Equipment is not even close to the most important part of a system.

Thank you, but apparently we're wrong. In any case, I'm sticking to install being the most important factor in how something is going to sound, regardless of brand.
