it is a little undersized. its rated for 600 watts rms roughly. to get the true 700 watts out of the amp, play a 50-60hertz test tone off of a cd or an ipod, and then set the dmm voltage to 37.4 and boom your done. and you should not be clipping.

thats exactly how you want it wired. when you combine two 4 ohms in half, you are basically dividing the resistance by 2. so 4/2=2. and voltage travels evenly through wire, therefore if you are using the same sized speaker wire, 350 watts will be going through each wire to each of your subwoofers, giving them the full 700 watts at a two ohms resistance.
