Its used, a refurb, and has some velcro tape stuck to the bottom of the amp. There is some plastic chipping at one of the mounting feet but it doesn't affect the integrity of the mounting itself. This has beat the crap outta my components for over a year with zero issues. Great powerhouse frontstage amp or small moofer amp for cheap
