Kicker 1250 amp help please!!

A yes i just recieved my kicker 1250.1 amp back from the kicker manufacture, i sent it in to have it fixed cause i was getting no output from it when i bought it used with only 2 hrs on it total, well now i got it back today, hooked it up, and i still cant get a signal to the subs, they wont play at all, is can hear poppin sometimes with certain settings like the pink noise but i have no idea what to do with these settings, but no music coming out the replaced alot of things, like rca and updated sleeve for it and the sheet says they bench tested it, but for some reason it still wont play the subs, can someone please help me out with these if you know what your doing or have one of these cause this one is starting to piss me off and i havent even got to hear it yet. these amps are so ****in confussing, thanks!!

i'm having the same problem with my 20.1 it could very well be your rca pre-outs on the hu.

that's why i'm probly getting a new deck.

i have seen the same thing happen to kicker 1200.1 kx amps. all we did was take them out of the car and from then on. they never had anymore output. worked fine before we disconnected them though. so if you find an answer for this please let me kno.
