i would say kicker but the orion is probably cheaper. i've seen those kx1200.1 benched at 1500 watts rms +.

im a big dei fan. but id still go with kicker if the price was eaither;

1. equal

2. not an issue.

if you are on budget, and the kx1200.1 is too much, wheras the 1200d is in the range (or at least cheaper) the orion is best. money is a big factor in my oppinion.

Kicker KX1200.1 - $800

Orion 2400d - $750

i think they both lookg awesome too. so thats cool.

i know the 2400d has more watts than the kx1200.1, but its $50 cheaper if you understand me. id imagine the 1200d would go for half that price. so unless cost is your main limiting factor, or you are a rich bastard - id pick the 1200d if you arent rich, otherwise a kx1200.1 will be quite sweet. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/thumbsup.gif.3287b36ca96645a13a43aff531f37f02.gif

overall - great choices - eaither will be fine to power them. kicker > DEI, [imo] but kicker is way too overpriced, so i wont buy it unless i can get it much cheaper than what they are selling them for..
