Hey guys, first post here, big time noob when it comes to car audio. I am thinking about getting a 12 Kicker L7, in a vented box to specifications, but I do not understand the dual 2 ohm and the dual 4 ohm that I could buy, is there really any difference, and which amp should I get with which ohm. Sorry for the stupid question, I jsut don't understand ohms and subs and amps thanks. This is goign in an 04 tahoe with Bose.

I recommend a dual 4 ohm sub with the kicker 750.1. Wire the sub in parallel down to 2 ohms, which will be you final impedance. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
