No, its a 20 ft. long wire with a ring terminal on one end, so you can cut to whatever length you want. You really shouldn't have your fuse 3 ft away from the battery, 18 inches is the max recommended and even that is bad.

Yeah, I know it shouldn't be that far away but I couldn't find anywhere else to mount it and make it look halfway decent.
