anyone had experience with these I just bought one for 250 wanting to know everyones input. I switched it from my hifonics bxi2610 which I had for about 4 years. the amp seems way more powerfull and cleaner.also has a sticker saying make in korea? was this before kicker started going downhill? ITS A 05 MODEL

They are very solid amps I miss mine... They do around 2750 clean with no rise and around 3-3250@ 1ohm if you got the electrical to back it up

I have my subs wired to 4ohms it seems like its pushing more that my hifonics and it was 2600@1ohm...i tried to wire my subs at 1ohm but amp kept shutting off and coming back on?

I have a zx2500. I'm not sure about the kx but the zx are not rated to be 1 ohm stable. Some people get lucky and have no problems but others not so much. I can run a 1.4 nominal load no problem but a 1 ohm nominal will go into protect if I turn it up and will come back on if I lower it or it the beat isn't hitting hard now. It's fine at lower power though.

The newer zx series are not as good as the older kx series..... They do rated though and the older kx is kinda "iffy" on the 1ohm deal some will some won't

Well it's rated for 1500@4 ohms so I imagine it would do that and a little
