Kick Pannel question

Below is a picture of Steve Meade's 01 Chevy Tahoe. I was wondering if there is any place where i can buy kick panels like the ones shown in the picture. I'm almost positive the ones in the picture were already there or he custom made the panels.

not really if you do it yourself I can build 4 kicks for the price of a pair of Q logics.
