Anyone know anyone who can make me some kick panels for my 91 accord. I want to mount my Kappa 6.5 3-ways in the front door panels, but since I only have 2" of clearance, I don't want to mangle my interior too bad. I just bought car from an old lady. It's like a new car, 40k original miles. The rear speaker where no problem. I cut a larger hole in the plastic base that the stock 6.5's were in to accomodate the kappa 2-ways (1 1/8"), but the 3-ways obviously need more room. Should i get some kick panels made or can i buy some spacers somewhere. Or am I gonna have to grab a jig saw and punk rock a big ass hole in the door (lol)

Yep. That's exactly what I did. I tried it with my 1/4" flush trim bit, but it didn't leave enough space for the mesh to press the way I wanted...
