key fab no longer works.

i have a 1997 grand prix gt, and the key fab for its keyless entry no longer works as title says.

i replaced the batt, along with cleaning the connects on the board and reset the fab holding lock+unlock for 7 sec, any other ideas?

ps: there is no corrosion on the batt or board...
