I am a little rusty with my math. Is there anyone who can help me determine where to start my bend so i can accurately get a 2 inch port.

When you say 2" do you mean the radius of the curve? If so good luck, that's super small. I would say 3" radius is probably the smallest you can go. Def check out the link that was posted, that guy is a genius!
