Kenwood's KDC-BT855U + Samsung gs3= Bluetooth problems

I was testing(bench) out my new Kenwood and decided to try out a2dp with my gs3 but I couldn't get any audio out of the HU. I could change the tracks on the phone with the Kenwood but it wouldn't play any sound.

This is my first Bluetooth unit so idk if I'm missing some obvious setting or what? According to Kenwood's website the unit is compatible with the GS3.

Also I tried with a iPhone 4, no sound either via Bluetooth, but for some reason it kept disconnecting. Idk if it's the iPhone's fault or the HU's.
