i got two type r's in a sealed box but i need to know if one ohm and two ohm wiring would make much of a diffrence with this amp

Rated output on that particular amp only increases 100 watts when going from a 2 Ohm to a 1 Ohm load (assuming a 14.4vdc input).

The difference between 400 watts and 500 watts on a pair of Type Rs would likely be inaudible.

mine is wired now at 4 ohms would from 4 to 1 be a big diffrence

Okay - knowing that I would say likely you would notice a difference driving a pair of JL subs with 250w each rather than 100w each (KAC-8151d is only 200w output @ a 4 Ohm load with a 14.4vdc input)

I don't know about a big difference but it should be noticeable.
