dunno. 3 4 volt preouts, 24 bit dac. the only thing i dont like is the fold down face. i looked for the x491 but everywhere i see , its more expencive than what id be getting the 591 at.

Kenwood makes a nice headunit, I've owned quite a few.

Take a look at an Eclipse CD4000, I upgraded to it from a Excelon with 4v pre-outs and the 24-bit DAC, and the Eclipse DEF sounded better.

shit , for around 20 bucks more i could snag one from crutchfield and get installation crap and an actual warranty...hm.

hope so. i went ahead and got it through crutchfield. 2 year warranty plus all the free install crap and the ipod interface thing even though i dont own one.
