I am getting sound from the unit when it is on radio mode but when I change the source to CD all the speakers stop woking. I know that the unit itself works fine because I took it back to the store and we tried it there and it worked fine.

if anyone knows what the problem is let me know.

you mixed up the power antenna and the amp turn on leads. two blue wires, one with a stripe. swap them and you should be fine.
