Kenwood KVT 911 DVD Aux In Only Plays Out Rear Speakers

I recently purchased a Kenwood KVT-911DVD used. After getting everything installed, I noticed my auxillary inputs only output audio to the rear speakers and that's only when the dual zone is turned on. If it's turned off, I get no output. Does anyone have any experience with these head units? The DVD player, radio, and TV tuner all output to all speakers, it's only when I run something via one of the aux inputs on the brain. I'm pretty sure I wired everything up correctly, I just can't figure this last little problem out. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
