kenwood kvt 614 question

how you doing ive searched and came up with answers for other questions except my own. Im debating wether or not i should by the KVT 614 and the only thing stopping me as of now is the bypass option. Do i simply wire up the parking brake wire to a ground or whats needed. I have knowledge in audio, i wired and installed my dnx5120 and i had to splice the that wire to the ground. does anybody know what to do?

Same thing just ground the wire.
