i have a 89' cavalier and i hooked up this cd player that i bought from a friend for like 7 dollars and the stations work fine but when i put a cd in it will not play and it sounds like it tries to start then stops and it does it over and over again any help would be great. thanks:crazy:

probably u'll need a new laser in it... if it's worth it take it to a repair shop... i think it'll be like 50-80 bucks CND..... not 100% sure though
