Okay, I've got a Kenwood KAC-929 amplifier for sale. I'll be honest, it's not in the best condition, but it works and it's cheap. I even have the original box and recipt (from an authorized dealer), unfortunately no manual. I've been using it for the passed couple years to power an Alpine Type R, at one point, and then a Magnum D2, always at 4 ohms. It has always worked great, and even, at times, better than my Zapco. I just bought a Crossfire 1000d and don't have any use for this little guy anymore.
The Kenwood puts out:
2 channel 150w x 2 (4 ohms)
2 channel 230 w x 2 (2 ohms)
Bridged 460 w x 1 (4 ohms)
And features:
Power Mosfet Switching Supply
2 ohm stable
Variable low-pass electronic crossover
Bass expander
Bass boost: selectable high-q
Gold plated power and speaker terminal
Speaker level input
Stereo, mono operation
Tri-Mode
I just realized that it may be a full range amplifier. I always assumed it was a mono-block but I'm not seeing anything on the box to suggest that that's the case. The little description for 2 channel at 4 ohms even says 20-20khz, Less than .08% THD. Worth a try I guess, especially for 150 watts. Anyway, this would work great as an amplifier for a smaller sub or possibly even the front stage.

As you can see in the picture, the ground is missing the gold terminal screw. Otherwise there are a few scrapes, and it's dusty but in fairly decent shape.
I'm asking $40 + actual shipping obo. If there are any questions please mail me at joojoo2915@yahoo.com and let me know, I'll do my best to answer them. Thanks!
Mike
