kenwood excelon ddx812

yesterday i sold my x 991 and buy excelon ddx812

its realy have a perfect sound and have a lot o f options like sound staging and 13 band eq and built in bluetooth and usb ...

first we install clarion max 685bt and after the install i really have a bad sense about its sound.the sound options were really poor and weak..no sub level and ...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/mad.gif.c18f003ab0ef8a0d9c27ca78d77a6392.gif then we open it and install the excelon ddx 812.

i really surprised when i heard the default sound of this hu..its amazing

pros:built in bt and usb,too many sound options,great display,high sq sound,great dvd and divx player,useful telephone options,diret ipod control cable

cons:no network,medium touch sensivity in compare with clarion max 685 bt,bad remote control,lack of navigation

I have the same Kenwood. I had a D3 before and this Kenwood blows the D3 away in sound quality and adjustablity. I am so glad I bought this Kenwood, no regrets. I have the Garmin nav add-on, XM radio, and HD Radio. HD Radio kicks azz! The Ipod controls are lightning fast no delay at all (80gb) Ipod. Plays video directly from the screen. No selecting movies and stuff with the Ipod. I highly recommend this unit to anybody looking for a good SQ double din. Oh yea it has time alignment also! The only thing I wish i could do with it is go active but oh you cant have it all.

you need to purchase the Kenwood KNA-G510

for the GPS.. i bought this head unit about a month ago everywhere has them on back order!!!!!!

i have the gps,ipod,sirius sat connections about five boxes just sitting around until the head unit arrives!!

pics look great.. cant wait to get mine!!

I went a head and bought the DNX8120 with the built in GPS...easier to deal with....than extra boxes to mount and such
