Are kenwood decks still pretty good decks. I know it seems as if everyone has either alpine, eclipse, or pioneer. How do the kenwood decks rate against pioneer.

personally, ive had various problems with pioneer decks, and youve prolly read some complaints on other threads... i have a kenwood kdc deck right now, which has been great, and i plan on buying a kvt-911dvd in the near future.. im partial to kenwood

Kenwood decks are fine the excelon ones are top of the line. Ive had various kenowoods and would always recommend them. I ran a alpine and excelon 03 deck and I cant say wich is better both are very good

Excelon are fabulous decks. I love my X-990 and the X-589 I had was sweet too! Very happy with them.

I have a kenwood kdc-791 and it was ok until the power supply took a shit on me. I sent it back to Kenwood. I'll probably sell it when it gets back.
