Kenwood DDX814

i just got the Kenwood DDX814 yesterday the way i hooked it up is the same most people would do..red to red...yellow to yellow...and black to black/light green ( to bypass parking brake).....i am mostly useing my ipod touch with this unit....ok say i am wathcing a music video then i shut car off ...then turn car back on ....starts from the beginning of my ipod (songs) not back to the musci videos....is there a way to fix that? b/c i really hate when i am in the middle of a movie shut the car off to do something real quick then turn it back on and have to restart the movie over again...please help....
