Had the replace my battery and all of my setting were erased what would be the best settings for these categories?

BMS Amp Bass - flat, +6db, +12db or +18db

BMS Amp Freq - Normanl or Low

HPF Front ?

HPF Rear ?

LPF Sub?

Mostly listen to rap and r&b and some jazz.
