kenwood db+?????

hey a friend of mine is looking for a sub, and onother friend is willing to sell him a 10"db+ with a ported box and a mtx (not sure of model) for 150, i think its a pretty fair deal, but i dont really know anything about this sub,

is this kenwoods top of the line sub, or is that the tornado?

all they have on the kenwood site is silver tornados, and can someone show me where (online) i could buy a db+, just to see what the price would be.

I really did not like the sound of either of them, I used ot manage a store where the owner (idoit) loved Kenwood so we had to carry them

alright well do u think its a pretty good deal for the whole sub.amp,box combo? (150$)

if not what would you recomend around that price range. he listens to mostly rap, but still wants it to sound clean, does listen to U2 sometimes, so something that would do pretty well with both. thanks for all the help

and can anyone get me any specs on the db+

i pretty much just want to know the rms

i think it is being powered with a 200W mtx amp

is it the new or old db+ i have heard three of the old ones(10s) and my 18 will smoke them. i have also played with the new db+ 12s and same with them i wouldnt own one.

alright so i'm hearing that not many people would own one,

so is there anything else for 150$ (sub,amp,box)

sorry i know everyone would just like to get a brahama, but my friend is poor

so if theres nothing better for the money he will prob get that, unless he saves for something that would be a bit more expensive, but much much better
