A couple things.....

MOVE THAT EQ !!!!!!!!

It looks so bad there, glove box or something.....

The amps should do fine in that position, thats how i had mine setup, they didnt complain.

Thunderbird, it doesnt matter what kind he uses as long as they work.

Did you break any panels ?

Yeah, that's my dad... he did the whole system with my little brother and I.

We didn't break any panels or anything, a guy from across the street at the top floor of the apartments asked us to stop playin' the music, I just got home and was testing the bass. I had it pretty low, and it was "shaking his kitchen".

I'll go take finished pictures now, the EQ looks pretty good finished- the whole system looks stock so no one would want to break in, the EQ is hidden; and very accessible. Be back in a few.

The amps (all three, the DA and the Orion) seem really hot, a friend of mine came by and said that's normal... what's "normal" supposed to be? They're like the most I can touch, any hotter and it'd burn me.

I like to keep the glovebox locked and it's a far reach if I put the eq there... I actually use it a lot more then I thought I would.

supa: variations... I only use the system for 20 minutes a day (to/from school) until I can drive, so it's never powered. The system starts to hurt your ears with bass when the head unit hits 7- I think the head unit goes to like 50.

if u turn it upto 7 and it hurts i think you may need to turn the gains down a lil....
