Keeping the rubber windshield trim on

I've been having a really annoying problem lately. My windshield flexes pretty bad in my car, and keeps popping the stupid rubber trim that goes around the windshield out. I need to keep in on there, but I don't just want to use some crappy glue to hold it in there, it's the type that actually wraps around the glass a bit. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to use that will hold it without eating the rubber or looking crappy?

Take it to a glass shop and have them fix it right.
