Right now I have an old Pioneer DEH-P6600 in my summer car. However, at the end of last summer, the volume knob popped off while going over some railroad tracks. It shot out at me and went flying out my T-tops, so I lost the knob. So for the last few weeks I had it on the road I was without a volume knob and either turned the black piece on the head unit or used my remote. So last week, while Cicruit City was going out of business, I grabbed a Pioneer DEH-P6000UB for $125. I put it up on craigslist for $200 and have had 3 people ask about it. So should I sell the head unit for $200 and make $75, or keep it and replace my aging P6600? The new head unit has 4V preouts compared to my current 3V, and a 7-band equalizer compared to my now 3 (although that doesn't matter much). I also picked up an iPod touch around Christmas, and would like to be able to play MP3 CDs. Right now I have a 3.5mm jack hooked up to the P6600 via AUX, would the iPod interface work better? I'm leaning towards keeping the P6000UB, but I like my P6600 too.
