the perfects have some what better sq but it depends on how indepth you are about that.if you have the money and need the very top of the line go with the perfects if not the kappas are a great speaker, and it also depends on your amp 10 rms aint much but if your amp has that much more go with the ones you need .
go listen to them side by side with a set as close to to yours or the one you want and that give you the answer your looking for .

I beleive they are well worth the 100 dollar increase. The Kappa series did not impress me in any way.
