Guys, I have been trying to contact K&B Audio for 2 days and I can't get anyone through the phone number listed on their site. When I dial the number now, I get a fax machine tone. Is there anything going on with K&B Audio?

had an amp fixed by them. came back fine but it's definitely not easy to get in touch with them. my order took like 3weeks longer than expected due to parts.

I sent them an amp to fix one time. They told me (after I paid them) that they couldn't fix it, and they would refund me my money and the amp. I haven't been able to get ahold of them for 2mths now. Friend of mine had a a/d/s p650 sent to them to get repaired... Similar story... Months late - first they lost the amp, then they didn't have parts, then lord knows what... It came back in poor shape, I wouldn't ever send anything of high value to them for repair.

I sent them an amp in original packing, with materials in it... then double boxed outside of that.

It came back in some generic box, not the original box, no materials, no birthsheet... or check sheet stating what was wrong... nothing.

And it took 6 weeks.

I guess it's fairly safe to assume that there is a trend here. Thanks for all of the feedback. Hopefully paypal will be able to get my money back from them.
