JVC KSAX3102 amp with factory stereo

I am looking to use my JVC amp with my factory stereo. Factory stereo has no RCA outputs. The amp has speaker level inputs(high input). Would I still need to use a line out converter? Is it a good idea to use a line out converter anyway or is it not needed? I will be installing one JL Audio 10" 2-ohm W3v3 100-500 watts RMS (1,000 watts peak power) subwoofer. Amp specs are 65W x 2 at 4 ohms, 90W x 2 at 2 ohms, 150W x 1 at 4 ohms, Bridged. 400w max output. Is this amp sufficient for my sub? Thanks
