I don’t know if this is the place to ask this sort of question but here it goes anyway. I just bought a JVC KD-G720 deck and installed it just fine. The problem is when I hook up my mp3 player (iRiver T10 1GB) to the USB port the display flashes "check". I then consulted the manual and it said that there are too many folders are in the mp3 player. The mp3 player was set up this way in the root folder I had firmware files that ran the mp3 player and a music folder (Music->artist->album->mp3 file) I tried putting all the music files into the root folder but that didn’t work. I then contacted tech support. First they said that "check" means it could be just reading files when you hook it up but then should run, it didn’t. Then they said it’s because the files are copy written protected. But that can’t be because it works on my 256mb flash drive. What is going on please help!!
